As an introvert who is happy spending plenty of time alone, especially one who works remotely as a writer, it can be easy to neglect self-care. Plus, introverts tend to struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, and a reluctance to seek help, all of which can lead to overwork, burnout, and chronic stress.
